My reason for no bodies is, This was the first time I ran my trucks this season. They had all been sitting all winter & I was checking Temps. & Tuning them in. Just saved time, I had 4 to run & check out. Two of those have new engines, Just past initial break in & I wanted to be able to check them good often ! The Pede was ready to run & so he had his on. I gotta say, I wish we would have put the bodies on for some pictures though. The LST2 only ran a bit & he was getting pretty crazy with it & didn't want to break his good body, The only one he had with him.
The track is Good sized. It measures 80' x 200' & I think thats plenty ! The straights are Blazing Fast !
I hope to get it to the open to the public stage. Just not quite yet. My cousin who owns the LHS is going to have a sign up sheet for invites right now. That way we can keep people under control, learn more about running the track correctly, & Teach people about track rules. The people we are dealing with, for the most part, have little experience with Nitro cars & Most NO track experience at all. I have a few things that we need before there are too many people there. Restrooms of some kind, Some kind of power, Drivers stand, Just some small things we have noticed already. For right now it's going to be a learning spot, & a place for people to test their shop purchases, By invitation only. The track is at my house in my back yard here in Monticello. We'll see how this all plays out. Reguardless for me it's going to be an awesome place to play & learn driving styles
Thanks
