just use a blow dryer u can get it up to around 200 with that, and thats prolly th hottest this motor will run once broken in lol 
u dont need the oil, I had a vspec and it along with almost everymotor i have had comes dripping wet on the inside with oil for storage etc, if u add any more there is a good chance of fouling out the plug, once its broken in change the plug and u will be good to go, running it rich during breakin kills the plugs lol if u really wanna add the oil any marvel mystery oil or after run oil will work fine
