Those that YOU refer to as 'kids' are the ones that should be enjoying the hobby the most...but for SOME REASON are seldom seen racing RC cars anymore.
When I say/said "KIDS", I am referring to many of YOU. Being an old fart, I often refer to anyone under 25 as a 'kid'.
In a way, you are right...the "problem" is NOT just with the 29 cent hoops, but also the ignorance/arrogance displayed by many, when SUGGESTIONS or CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is posted.

As far as YOUNG CHILDREN being out on the track.... I think we all( Including Bernie) can agree a track with cars flying all around em is really no place for them to be playing.
