Bruce asked about "where are the racers at LHR?"... maybe it was a loaded question, maybe not.
When the thread turned into a comparison of flushing toilets versus hotdogs and pizza, it became a dialogue on the "possible reasons" why there weren't more people at the track on a given day. This came to be viewed as a question that crossed into an area of discussion related to LHR that long ago was deemed off limits on this forum and therefore was automatically locked.
I was shocked it went as far as it did, with mods sparring with Bruce over the whole matter. If the desire is to cut off LHR negativity, EVERYONE should either not post the negative, or attempt to defend the negative statement. Why get sucked into a debate on a topic that has been dragged off course?
The first Mod who sees the thread going south should clamp it down, per the forum rules (Everyone must read these...that stuff..the fine print).
Useful information should stay.
Questions about peoples opinions or conjecture on a topic need to be in the IMO/off topic forum...not the LHR forum.
