Last time I was at the tattoo shop, a guy was getting something similar. Both Angel and Devil were on one shoulder, with a banner between them that said "Choose your destiny"

Now that sounds kinda cool! I will eventually have my whole back done(collar to butt crack and shoulder to shoulder) but I gotta figure out what it will be first!!!

Also if you look closely at them they are the exact reverse of each other! Chick that did the angel was a really good artist!!
