Since I am basing this on fresh I suggest if possible to do a 75% water change.
If you can and available move the live stock to another tank so you can clean up this one.
I also suggest to find a way to back up things in an emergency.
You can use a 5 gal bucket for the time being and an air pump.
Then clean up you set up with Vinegar.
It will cut through algea and rinses much easier with out reside like bleech will leave behind.
Reset it all up again and next time keep water %50 worth available at all times if possible. I used milk containers.

I can do the 75% water change.
I also can put my fish in my sis' tank for the night...
I haven't put the stuff that was bleached BACK in the tank yet, should I rinse it with some vinegar and then some water?
And then should I still clean all the little pebbles on the bottom of the tank even though they haven't been touched by bleach? Thanks for the help
