Fuel Storage
#1
I am sure there are a lot of other threads about fuel storage.

Is it alright to keep my fuel in my garage? I don't have a basement. I am just asking because my parents don't want something that flamable in the house.

Keep it off the ground and you'll be good.

Thanks.

It is off the ground. In a cabinet.

Okay I heard it was best to keep it air tight for long term storage. Short tern it is fine to keep in the bottle it came in.
Shop says to put it in a pickle Jar filled to the top---that is airtight.

Any other thoughts on this?
I have a gallon I won'y be able to use up and I do not want it to go bad from sitting for a few months.

use it or lose it... I would just cut it as a loss if your not going to use it.

I squeeze the air out of the jug as much as I can if I'm not going to use the fuel for awhile.
