Has anyone here had any problem with proline customer service? I ordered Powerstrokes from Tower a few weeks ago, (December 14) and there was a missing shock bladder for one of the shocks, I called got the usual BS they had to send it to an investigation team to make sure i wasnt trying to screw them out of a 20 cent part and 1.00$ for shipping. So today I finally got the "seal kit' which they claim is worth 15.00$ i dont understand how that is, but if it really is they are making a huge profit, there are two shaft covers a few rubber seals, and two bladders. I had to call back multiple times because someone was going "off their shift" and said i would be connected to someone else, never happened. Then I finally got far enough where i had to send in my tower invoice, they were saying they never got any emails, and then i finally faxed them the recipt, claimed they didnt get that, so on the 2nd attempt of a fax i guess it went thru, i asked the lady who was helping me, (the only one that actually knew what they were talking about) if she could send me an email or leave a message on my cell phone or house phone, wrote email and the two numbers out on the recipt never got a call, called back about a week l8er saying i never got anything from here confirming the order and i never got anything in the mail. so finally today after almost a month of F' ing around with them i finally got my part. im just glad i could run in the mean time with out the dampeners on there. hope this wasnt supposed to be in the lounge, if it is please move it.
