Yeah, Gloria Jeans is good...In our mall we have 2 in our mall..The actual shop and a huge stand. Hot Chocolate w/xtra whipped cream or their "Cookie Monster" is great....It's like cold oreos, milk....Whipped cream.....Ice....Try one! Kids (me and my sisters) love them. When we get stuff from there, we get a cookie monster and a hot cocoa. Drink one, and mellow the heat or cold with the other. Great system lol....

This might be a BS story, I remember hearing about this a while back too. I also remember hearing about some local Starbucks getting the doors glued shut a few years back too.

This morning, I tried the Dunkin Donuts' vanilla late w/ extra shot of espresso. It wasn't good at all.
