How are 40's series tires on the track?? As I am running stock tires. Even though they hooked up very well...

I seen a few people running them today. The only thing that I can think of is that it might put a little more stress on the servo being they are a wider.

They are actually no wider or taller than regular bowties. Just lower profile. They are the same height as the Panther Pythons on Hurricanes.

Some people like them some don't...depends on the track. You see alot of them in the magazine race pictures...agian I think its personal preferance.

And somewhere on here someone wrote that flat wide tires make for a twichier steering truck. Narrow rounded tires tone it down some from steering inputs.

Ok... thanks. Gbe I don't have wheel tire cash right now and seeing how well the stock ones actually worked for me I will probably wait untill after steering mods and a new motor to change that setup. At which point I will be seeking your opinion. Hehe... thanks for the help and glad you got them sold obsessive.
