What are the pros and cons of having the front extended or the rear?? Is there a difference?? Because I have heard a lot of people specifying whether they stretched the front or back. I have started looking for one...

its easy to extend the front because the only mods you need to do to make it work is get the rear transmission driveshaft and put that up front and flip the steering servo 180 degree's. If you extend the rear you need to relocate the fuel tank, engine, get a custom made longer driveshaft. Basically fabricated everything behind the transmission to work. Just so much of a pain and not worth doing compared to what you have to do to the front end to get it to work.

About how much use does that chassis have on it? Are the welds real nice and clean on it?
I'm in the market for an extended chassis, and I hear good things about the ballistic batteries one, only it's $145 new. Too much to spend if you ask me.

Tune, I got one for ya.

tune the welds are really clean on that chassis. It was welded on top and bottom and then sanded smooth as you see. Thats the same chassis im running now so you know its welds are super strong from the abuse i give my truck lol.
