Joe did a great job on the flyer.
Thanks Rich for posting..... Also as Joe said before, all entries must be emailed to the email listed in the flyer. If you are anything but 100% SURE you WILL be attending DO NOT PREREGISTER!!!! Space is limited. We didnt want to get into everyone pre paying we are taking everyones word. So please make 100 % sure you will be attending, as JOe said you will not only be screwing your fellow racers but the American Diabetes Assoc also.

Tex, this is NickP. I already know the dates for the upcoming race for the cause. Is there going to be entry forms, and how much is the race. Thanx.

Welcome man... and this was at the front of this thread. $50 for the weekend and there will be registration at the door as well as early registration. If you register early you MUST come so that you are not robbing another racer of a spot or the charity of $50...

I tried to re-read all of this thread but could not find this answer...
Is the 200 cutoff 200 drivers...or 200 class entries? And, if you really want to raise funds for ADA, set up a concessions stand with more than dogs and pizza, if Bernie is cool with it.

Hey NickP. Thanks for joining us! The flyer should be able to lead you in the right direction. Email 3guysrc or hagasan and they can get you preregistered. Let them know the class(s) your running, your full name, and the frequencies your on.

Thanks for the comments about the flyer guys. I did change the name to "Race for the Cure". It just made more sense to me for some reason. As far as food, Saturday we will have lunch for the racers, Bernie is donating the hotdogs and Big Dom is going to donate everything else and he doesnt mess around. It will be good eating. AS far as pizza and concession stands, that is the tracks source of income and is separate from the lunch on saturday that will be provided for the racers. All the track food is not included and does not raise money for the charity, that money goes to pay the bills for having the track. I know those pizza cookers will be VERY busy that weekend, so get those pizza orders in fast.

Hagasan,
This got lost in the thread, but is the 200 limit for 200 drivers, or 200 class entries?
02-20-2006, 02:29 PM
Hagasan, I changed the thread title to match the new name for the race .

We are gonna do the best we can to not turn anyone away. Bernie says he can hold 200 racers but if they all ran 2 classes that would be 400 entries., That would be nice, but it is out of our range of timeline. 200 is set for entries with an estimated amount of racers, if for some reason we need to exceed 200 entries it will not be by much. That is something we have to decide when we get the email confirmations first. That why it is very important to register ONLY if you are 100% surely going to be there. If for some reason you can make it and we are at the 200 entry limit then we can work something out for the guys that were not sure if they could make it in the first place. I hope this makes sense. The entry list will be updated and posted regularly so you guys know who is in.
