wings- 1 cup ap flour, 2 tbsp cyane peper. dust wings lightly while tossing, deep fry for 15 min. then toss in franks hot wing sauce.
then there is something at dominics in the asian foods section called a taste of thai- spicy thia peanut bake. boneless skinless breast, coat it with that stuff, squeese a 1/2 of a lime on each breast and bake till done. chicken parm. mix some bread crumbs with parm cheese, coat boneless-skinless and bake. when done put some mozz on top. then you have opptions. serve oner pasta, or get some good rolls and cut them in half, spread some melted butter on then, garlic powder, oregano, and parsly. heat a small pan on the stove. put the rolls in butter side down till browned, put the chicken on the bum with some good red sauce.

Chicken story....
At age 16 I worked at a nameless Chicken Chain store. When we were hating life, like working until closing on a summer Saturday night, we would stuff a leg, under the skin, with pure flour. Then add it to the rest of the pieces for cooking. After it cooked it looked massive. I can only imagine the diner's expression when they chomped into that. I regret it now, though.

flour isn't bad...lol....it could have been worse.
With the ham/swiss/boneless....you can substatute fresh spinich instead of ham if you like that sorta thing...it's really good when seasoned with Garlic salt and pepper
