Lower Ratio = More, quicker acceleration
High Ratio = More ltop end (speed)

Example :

Low ratio
14/40 std= 18.659:1 Quick acceleration, less
top end speed
High ratio
18/35 std= 12.698:1 Slow acceleation, big

Gotcha... thanks guys. I know that I needed to push a bigger gear but I wasn't sure how high to go... Didn't want to have to buy 4 difdferent spurs and 3 CB's right off to experiment...
