What will the 18TM carb do for the 2.5?

J/W, since alot of ppl seem to be using them. My tune will hold all day....Mabye I just got lucky lmao. But yeah is there any power increase etc?

from what i hear no but the tune will hold better thats y im looking for one. my good ol' trx just doesnt do it for me.

its mainly for a more reliable engine but it will also give you a small amount of power increase. I know mine was hauling bass on sunday and temping 230-240

A slight increase in power, but more importantly, a smoother powerband and more reliability.

im getting mine from snake.
my screws in the stock trx 2.5 carb are starting to strip which causes my low end and idle screws to richen themselves from the vibration

Pretty much the same performance. The primary advantage is the carb's ability to hold a stable tune.
