I have a trx 2.5 engine and I put my carb in and went to turn the bolt on the carb pinch and it wouldnt tighten at all. I could turn the carb so easily.
I took it out to check and see if it was stripped but it was fine..... so please help.
I think ill take it to leisures tomorrow and see but if you guys have any idea please let me know.
thanks

190 is too cold! The 2.5 will run like a dream in the 260 area. Sounds like it's time to lean it out a but.
Hows the performance? Is it sluggish?

Doesn't matter what carb is on there. Temps should always be over 200. A 2.5 likes to run a tad hot. I used to run mine at 270 and it screamed and had good smoke.
