No kidding. We are just gonna see construction zones everywhere, workers or no workers. Double up the revenue and reduce the speed limit in one fell swoop, and the tax paying law abiding driver gets screwed. In more ways than one, like leaving early for work, leave earlier cause your gonna be sitting in traffic alot longer now. Don't forget the drive home, that'll be worse, and they're trying to tell us they want to improve traffic movement. Nobody wants to get fined for speeding but if you have to slow to a crawl even when workers arent present is gonna make matters worse for commuters.
