I need to hit a shop tomorrow when I'm out in the Belvidere area. I travel past Elgin, Schaumburg, etc on my way to/from Downers Grove. Who's got the goods in those areas? Thanks !!
Where's a LHS between Belvidere and Downers Grove?

Yeah it looks pretty thin as far as LHS out that way. I'll have to call Al's or HT-STC to see if they have what I need (wing).

Dave, if you're going to the track sunday, then call up leisure's shop, and request they send a wing in your name to the track for sunday at whatever time.

Like TEX said you are going to have to travel a little out of the way.
If your in Belvidere the closest hobby shop is Hobbytown of Rockford. 20 minutes west of Genoa Road off of I-90. These guys are the best in the Hobbytown business IMO. There is also a Hobbytown in Crystal Lake. If your in Elgin the closest is Hobbytown St. Charles. What is it you are looking for? Hobbytown may not have it anyways. Yeah I know but then I would be farting around there to mount it and I'd do a bogus job of it. I'm gonna call HT-STC and Al's on my way back from Belv, and stop at one of them. HT-Aurora had none Saturday.

Al's didn't have any mounts other than the hot bodies one the last time I was there. (And the teckno one for the revo) The mugen one was backordered as well as a few others. That is why I modded the hotbodies one to fit...

mugen unit is alot stronger than the HB mount IMO....different plastic or molding process was used...
Also keep in mind how you want the wing to sit, the mugen makes the wing sit higher and the HB mount causes it to sit alot lower.
