is moisture the reason that my fastint looks like it has a few circles in the paint? I thought since it was such a low pressure that the water would just condense in the bottom of the tank, but that would explain a few issues with my last body

u have circles in ur paint cuz u layed it on too thick, its called fisheye. lighter coats will eliminate that, it usually happens with flourescent colors and tints and transparents if u put it on too thick

Fisheye can also be caused by ANY silicone, grease, wax, oil, etc...that isn't cleaned from the surface before you paint it.
I used to work in an auto body shop when I was a kid, and the presence of auto wax was forbidden in the body shop !! It can ruin a paint job from across the shop.
