Why a set screw? Why not just put a regular hex head screw all the way through?

i love mc mastercarr! I order almost every day from them for work. I was pissed when they moved the will call dept. it was dang cold out I didnt have a jacket and drove around for 10 min trying to find where it went! Finally I found it tucked away in the back!

yea i was confused when i went thier about a month a ago i got pissed it was raining out...lol
