This is not a complaint....I am just posting to update on the track policy as it was explained to me, so others will know of it.
In the past, some buy-sell transactions were conducted by leaving items at the track hobby shop, and picking up your money later.
Today I was informed that the hobby shop at the track will no longer be able to do this. I understand completely that LHR was doing it as a courtesy, and that too much of it infringes on their business, and places them in the middle of private sale transactions.
Please just be aware that this option is "closed" at the track.

Good. I wouldn't want to be in LH's shoes if something went wrong in a situation. Just meet up w/whomever you're getting stuff from in person lol.

I agree, I have done a transaction like that there and it just felt weird. I wouldn't have done it again because I wouldn't have wanted to.

it was because people couldn't meet up at the same time so they had the hobby shop "hold" the items.

And that was exactly what he told me..."I got my butt chewed...".
Sorry to have abused any goodwill over at the track.

I think the main problem was people leaving stuff there for other people to pick up. Average everyday trading when the seller and buyer are both there shouldn't be a problem? or am I wrong? I can see if someone is walking around like a salesman pushing stuff on people........

You guys can buy or trade all you want at the track. please don't leave it in the hobby shop for someone to pick next weekend or the next day. We don't want to be in the middle. If something like the money is wrong or the motor don't run. we don't want to be in the middle. thanks
