T-Maxx 3.3 has some weak parts, I know the center drive shafts will have to go, they are week, you could replace those with center CVD's and the diffs are pretty week too, I just blew my rear diff on my maxx today with the 2.5. The Revo is a very nice truck, and you will be able to upgrade alot of stuff on it like the center diff. Revo is definately a racer where the Maxx is more of a basher.

I weighed my somewhat modded revo this weekend at the track this weekend, and it clocked in at 8.4 lbs!! I was so happy! That was with a half tank too.

the new maxx 3.3 has revo shafts and stronger gears. but i would still go with the revo. i have had 3 maxxes and a revo (all 2.5) and the revo is all around better for bashing and racing.

It still doesn't have revo center shafts though.

Yeah Firesprink I was talking about the center shafts, they are still like the 2.5 version maxx, and the diffs are still the same i think.

I'm not positive, but I think the Diffs are Revo spec on the T-Maxx 3.3. But regardless of what's been upgraded on the Maxx, it is still a Maxx. It will not handle as good as a Revo. The Revo is the better choice between the 2.

Now get a stock TMaxx body and have everyone at the track scratching their heads and pointing at it as you drive it around.

Welcome to the Revo-lution.
