Can I run with out a starter on?
#1
It looks like my tiger drive is blocking the starter box tab somewhat, causing improper alignment. I was wondering if I could take it off and still be fine until I get the non p/s back plate? Will it cause leaks or what? Thanks.

use a pullstart without the oneway bearing, you'll be all set.
