My nano died out a while back so I returned it and used the $ to get my new truck running. I finally saved up the $160 that I spent, but decided to get something that gets me a little more bang for my buck. I went with the SanDisk Sansa e250;
It's 2 gig for $160 out the door at Circuit City...Has all this;
Music
FM Radio/Recorder
Picture Viewer
VIDEO PLAYER!
Big screen
Slot for memory card = more memory!!!
I'm liking it alot. The controls are similar to the ipod, but there's a couple of differences. It's pretty cool. If you're in the market for an MP3 player, I would seriously consider this. You can get 'em in 2gig, 4 gig, and 8 gig.

Oh, it's the same height as the nano, .1" wider, and just .3" thicker.

I like it. My two brothers both have nanos and I don't like the crap that you have to do with it. You need to have itunes and can only delete songs when your ipod is hooked up to the computer.
I have a sandisk MP3 right now that I like.

I am not saying there is anything wrong with it, but I already have music match jukebox because I have a dell. One thing that is good with itunes is that I think you can transfer songs right from limewire to itunes which you can't do with music match.

You sorta can do that, what you have to do is open up your shared folder once you download the file for the song, copy it, and throw it in your "my music" folder. Then you can easily import that whole folder.

Itunes isn't a requirement for your ipod. There is 3rd party software out there that you can use to fill and remove music from your ipod.

It could use some more memory right now- I have Billy Madison, the whole movie on there, and a couple of 1-2 minute clips of stuff, and I have 130 tracks, and I only have like 250mb left in memory.

I'm thnking of going to circuit city and telling them my player is messed up, and i might buy that one in a 4 gig version
And is it easy to operate? If its anything like an Ipos, i wont like it i bet

Not too bad. The click wheel and buttons take some getting used to, it's not like the ipod where you just run your finger around it and it moves, you actually have to turn the wheel-it's got a gear under it.
The menus are somewhat similar to the ipods though... Overall I like it and it's easy to hold because of it's size.

Ok, I'll probably get that then
How much memory does a movie take up? a gig and a half or something?
I might just be downloading a couple of bmx vids, wich are around 500mb and less

Not sure to be honest.
You'll be able to fit a bunch of short vids though.

Yep. or wally-world (and mabye other places) sell a wall charger where all you do is plug your usb cord into a port in the charger and it charges.
