well just finished bout an hour or two ago and i was wondering what you guys thought of it..... its and 18th scale trinity itsy bitsy spyder. Black is Krylon Fusion Flat Black, Blue is pectra..................(no its not tape)(or sharpie)

Pretty cool..But somebody on here tried the Krylon Fusion paints and wasn't happy w/ the results...

all i got is some huge 10th headlights and i think it was satoch(i think) and it was results with a nitro soaked rag.

I don't think he airbrushed krylon paint.
Blue and black don't go together good IMO. two dark colors against each other not good unless you have a silver or white outline around the design. Hey, what do i know though, I am not an artist.

Gabe, I have to add that some dark colors can be painted next to black and turn out ok, but royal blue is kind of a funky color anyway...the orange and blue body was all Pactra spraycans.
The little body in the foreground of this shot is one that most people comment one as "liking the best" when I show pictures of bodies I've painted.
Ranger, did you paint the flat black on the outside of the body, or the inside?

you should buy a bunch of bodys for that and start paintin them...........I hear theyre like $2 a peice........nice and cheap

the stock IBS is basicaly the same as a mini-t body. but i have an extended chassis so.......

I still don't like ANY dark colors right next to another dark color, just personal preference.
Light against dark or at least a light outline separating the two.

Mini bodies are now $3 from Stormer Hobbies, but that is still cheap practice stock, even if you don't have a Mini T you can sell them after you paint them. I have sold three practice jobs on eBay, and one to a member here.
