i have had this for a back up motor, id be pushing it to say it had 2 gallons on it.

it is 1st generation, BUT, has the newer carb on it and makes it a bad ass mill.

it is modded and runs very strong. would be perfect for LH. the motor has never let me down.

$80.00 for you guys. 180.00 is new price.

Slim, is this engine best suited for an 1/8 buggy? or will it work in, oh....., say, a TTR ST-1?

I don't think it will have enough power for your ST1 dave, a Sportwerks .26 would though.

Slim, who was this modded by?

me. i have done quite a few, just a basic flow job, and raised the port timing, i got that timing thing from the man john adams...the guy behind the mayhem.

tbh, i dont know if it will pull a truggy, its got just as much power as most motors in .21

Dave that will be fine for the truggy, u dont need anything more than a .21 in a truggy despite what alot of people think

buy it Dave, it's a sweet deal. I think the Werks clutch is like $65 new......

You could sell off the TTR motor for like $50-100 depending on use.

I'd go for it, Dave. If I wasn't looking to pick up a 1/10 I would have bought it already.

I agree. .21 is just fine for truggy. I run a .21 in mine as well.

I also ran a .21 and had picked up another before I got out of it. More than enough power. My driving was holding me back, not lack of motor.

I agree...there are alot of guys running .21 in Truggies
(plus you can't beat the price!!)
