she already plays Drunko....I just don't get my guys night out very often...strange how that works....oh yeah, I get to leave the house and "go play" everyday from 8-5, M-F....that's it.

Kids, don't show this post to your mother, or we'll never go racing again. I mean it.

Now, back on topic about new Revo engines from SH.

Not really. It flipped over when I landed a big jump, and the crappy switch I was running flipped to off. It went full for about 20 seconds while I ran to it (I was about 3/4 block away lol) and then I heard a pretty 'ping!' and that was that.

I've heard problems with the SH .28 but I've also heard good things about all of their other motors, but not one about the .28. I remember when Revo2k had that it took him forever to break it in cuz it wouldn't start, then when it did it wouldn't stay running after he got it to stay running the fuel would start to boil in the carb causing it to shut down yet again.

Revo2K, so let me understand this, you had a motor under no load at wide open throttle for 20 seconds? And you're surprised that the rod let go? LOL!!!!!!!

I love the 3.3 and dont think its a garbage motor. on the back straight I was keeping up with some of the truggys. that thing rips.

I just dont like what the bearings are made of, they blow up too easily, traxxas will eventually fix that problem though

It's absolutely impossible for you guys to stay on topic isn't it? I started this thread to bring a new motor option to you Revo guys. I'll not make the mistake again...

well let me see what the topic is here. Its about another revo engine option. What we are talking about is a revo engine here. We have compared revo motors, and talked about just revo motors throughout this whole thread. I think you need to go back and reread our posts and you will see our talk has been about the subject of this thread.

I looked at the site and other than a couple of pictures they don't really give much info on the products. Hard to tell if they are better than stock. All I know is they are:

18 Rear Exhaust Engine with Rotor Starter for REVO car
(SG Shaft £p10mm / ABC / Alum Head / Slide Carb.£p6.5mm)

Somebody buy one and test it out and let us know how it runs....
