I am looking to change pipes. Have the THS right now,but looking for another pipe(THS just feels used up,doesnt feel like I am getting the performance I used to out of it). I have been looking at Tsais pipe. Has anyone used these pipes before? Either on a Revo or other truck? I am looking for info about the Revo performance, but any info about these pipes will help seeing they also have truggy pipes too.

Seriously consider the Fantom Works pipe. It gives great low end, great top end, and has a mean sound. It's fugly, but it's performance rocks.

What are you smoking? You ran break-in and a whole nother day on the ths!
For the 2.5, the THS doesn't do chit IMO. Trinity helps the 2.5 but will hurt a 3.3. Heck the ths doesn't do anything but look good. You may as well be running a stock pipe.

dont get a tsais, its garbage. I know a guy that had one and you might as well not even run an exhaust because it was just as loud. Didnt give any performance gains except take away a lot of it. Lasted a couple tanks before it finally broke because it couldnt handle the car crashing.
And I have to completly disagree with the above statements. My THS pipe has improved performance no matter what engine I put in my revo. It just made everything come to life. Slightly lowered temps compared to stock (5-10 degree's), gave lots of low end power without sacrificing the top end. Great mid range. Heck ask anybody that saw my revo in its prime and just how my 3.3 just had gobs of power and never seemed to run out. Id recommend getting a new THS pipe if you feel yours is worn out.

I am running the 2.5R ATM. Plan to change out for a 18tm soon. But might go back to the 2.5 for indoor.

Just a question, did you ever try your motors with a stock pipe before you put on the ths for a good, comparable test?

Honestly, the first time I had the THS on. There was a change for the good. Then a gasket tore apart and started to block up the inside of the pipe so I went back to the stock. Cleared out the THS and it hasnt been the same since. So I am either going back to stock,or getting something new.
Looking at either a Fantom pipe(they have finished and unfinished) or the resonator.

Either would be a good choice. I would recommend getting an os18tm/tz header for the motor, it uses a spring so it's more durable than stock.

Everything I read says the TM comes with the header. I hate those damn springs!!! For me,they are such a pain in the ass to put my THS pipe on

That never happened to me. I even had the wing on too. But then again,I started out racing indoor in Kankakee, that was a small track and never did get much air off the jumps.

Of course I did. Remember my pipe was changed colors for the red theme that I ran, then after that I got the extended chassis and used the stock exhaust another few months before I got the THS. Only motor I didnt use stock pipe with was the 3.3. All the other motors have had both pipes
