I voted savage X... I've had nothing but problems with the revo. There are just too many weak points about it and it's so stinking specialised that you have to buy a specific pipe/header, body, engine and shocks that it really limits your ability to upgrade without spending a lot of dough.

I'm sure it's great for racing, but for bashing, there are just a few weak spots that makes it tough to own.

Even when my savage was stock, it required very little maintenance. Now that it's been upgraded a bit, all I do is bash the crap out of it and drive it...

My revo on the other hand seems to need work every time I take it out. I either blow a shock, mess up a rocker arm, strip a rod end or break a skid plate. It's reminisent of the days I had a t-maxx... It's very difficult to make a revo able to handle 8 feet of air all day long. It was obviously made for a track... so if you race, it's a good rig. But, if you bash, I'd look elsewhere.

Just my .02.

Maybe you had a lemon. I dont know, but I have bashed with my revo a couple of times. And even with the race set up it had on it. It took the jumps and bumps and asked for more. Only problem I had with mine was the spur went on me. Which is what is it made to do to save the tranny from going bust.

I appreciate all the feedback!

I definatly don't race.. just don't have the time.. and Tex does not like it when I make him look bad. Wink

Still not 100% sure what to get.. but it will be more for bashing for sure. I almost want the CEN just cuz it's big and different... I like to be different.

I have an electric version of the hasbro car Smile

That's what I was thinking. The only thing Ireally broke bashing was a a p1 rocker and a pushrod, oh and an arm. However.... that was all my fault. I was doing backflips in a parking garage in about 10* weather. Other than the the truck was bomb-proof.

I vote CEN to see something different, then the 3.3.

Regarding the CEN - you do mean the Nemesis right? I would vote for that one!
Othewise, if I had the cash, it would be the HPI Baja 1/5 scale buggy! That thing is just to friggin cool!

And a motor mount cause the oh so smart one figured that back flip "attempts" on asphalt with no rollbar would be a good idea...

Well, I'm about $600 short of a Baja, so probably not.. though I would love one. As for the CEN, no.. the Nemisis, was the next Genesis... the GST (Genesis Super Truck) is the next, next Genesis. CEN claims it's now super durable, and a awesome basher. A few of the upgrades for Genesis now come stock. And it's stull huge!

It ships soon.. but I dont think there is a official date.
