The Losi one, it's only around $3.00, but I've heard of taking the top/output gear out of the stock servo and swapping with top/output gear of the HS-55 too.

I suprised the stock type gear diff has stood up sofar, I'm guessing the out of box programming on the ESC and the HPI 100000# grease may have something to do with it.

You're supposed to put grease in the mini-t stock diff?! No wonder why I blew hundreds of those little spider gears!!!

friggin' pinion gears........
I've tried the Trinity ones because they had a setscrew, but the screw keeps coming loose and getting jammed in the motor mount screw in less than 10 minutes of running, so I put a stock (Maybe the factory original, I'm not too sure on that though) pinion gear on and it's started to slide off after about 10 minutes and now will barely hold on for more than a few minutes. I'm about ready to break out the tire glue...errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrConfusedmash:

ive used CA on there before, but be careful, one time on a brand new motor I got the pinion wouldn't say on so I put thin glue on there and it just traveled the shaft and locked it up, it took me like 4 hours of spinning the shaft with needle nose and then running like 5 or 6 packs thru it with the motor just sitting on the table before it finally lossened up.

Thanks, I'll make sure that if I do, the truck will be laying on the right side.

Or use a medium/thick CA that won't seep thru the pinion.

Got 28 mph hour out of it yesterday, clocked it in a 25mph zone with one of those radar trailers, anywhere above 25mph it flashes your speed in red. Wish I had atleast a camera operator with me....................

Funny thing you should mention that, when I found the trailer's location I pulled off of 59 to avoid possibly getting pulled over for speeding and found the trailer a couple blocks from where I pulled off.

I used ca glue on my pinion gear also but it still comes off time for a titanium gear with set screw and a little trip over to the grinder to make a flat spot on the shaft. I'm sure I'll screw this up lol
