indoor setup problems
#1
So i practiced on the indoor track tonight for the first time and theres a few things i would like to change with my setup and im not sure how. First off, right now i pretty much have to coast around because any throttle creates alot of over steer and push. Id like to make the car steer better under acceleration. Also when im coasting at low speed into a turn the front end just slides, if i use the brake then the back end slides out. I can work the throttle and work with the slide but that makes it difficult to be consistent. Can anyone point me in the right direction to correct those problems? I am on the switch 2.0s.

One thing I know to do is have the rear upper arm in the middle/top inner hole on the shock tower. You want to do the opposite for the outdoor track, have it on the lowest inner hole.

what car?
sounds like your front end is too stiff maybe.
are you attemping to slow down before the turn at all?
if so do all your braking before you steer.

well wouldnt the less front brake create more slide? mainly id like to be able to power out of corners alittle more. my springs are all stock and my shock oil is unknown at this point. i think ill try softening the front end.

I think the turn after the back striaght should be a bank Smile

Less front brake would let the tires not lock up and slide, therefore they'd be rotating and steering the buggy.
