how to make picture file size smaller??

those that know me know that i am computer stupid....so can any of you tell me how to shrink the file size, i was trying to post somepics places and it told me my file was to large it is at 699kb or some shit. any help here, thanks

if it is in my pictures you could right click it and go to the resize thing and you could prolly figure it out from there i hope

mikey is right. just upload into the gallery here. Free hosting and autoresizing. It will even give you the code required to be able to post in forums like this.
