Revo OptiDrive question???
#1
I have the new Revo and haven't run it yet, but I notice that the Fwd_rev servo allows the trans to shift even when the truck is rolling (slowly by hand). The blue sensor LED is blinking, so I think the Odrive is sensing the movement of the trans gears, yet the servo still shifts.

Anyone else had this problem, or know the answer?

I have re-trimmed the throttle trim and reset the Odrive per the manual.....

Thanks!!

I believe thats normal. Before I added the forward only conversion I could get it to shift in reverse at a slow roll, maybe thats why the reverse gears blew up... Rolleyes

Turns out it was fine. Traxxas cust srv said to run it and see if it works, and it does. Doesn't shift even at slow roll, but I don't do a lot of F_R shifting anyway, so we should be fine.
