I believe best buy is doing a midnight release. How early do you think you need to be there to get a PS3?? A few of my buddies and I are going to camp out down here....

The one in deerfield isn't I believe. I am going to get there at 130 pm if they aren't doing the midnight release, 4 or 5 am if they are. I hope they aren't, cuz I have to go to school on thursday( till 12:30)

Do you think going then you will be close to the front of the line?? It sucks down here because I need to compete with college gamers. What time would you suggest I go for either the midnight release or standard time release??

I plan to be one of the first in line. I got to toys r us a to get my first pre order( which is on ebay now), at 130 pm, and was 4th. Granted, my 3 friends I was meeting there where in front of me, and they got there at 12ish

Next people, a philopino couple and there middle aged son, arrived at around 330. They where the nicest people I have ever met.

How does it work if you have to leave the line at all?? We were thinking about heading out there before our classes on Thursday so that we were for sure guaranteed early spots. What we are worried about is if one of us needs to leave for about an hour to do a quiz and come back..... even if we will still have at least 2 other people there.

Depends on if you become friends with those in line with you. The people we where with where chill as hell, we even left for 20-30 minutes to get food, get some shuteye, I even drove home to get my rc18mt's.

Gotcha. We were going to be smartasses and take a picture with a digital camera of all of us there, take our memory card inside, and print it off of one of the demo stations as proof that we were all there. LoL I think Best Buy is getting about 60 or so PS3's so we should be ok. (And I know we are off topic but the GT sold already. LoL)
