One of the dudes that comes from Detroit said he'd do everything on an RC for around $75 excluding shipping. I meant to get his card at LHR but forgot. Next time I see him I'll get his info.

He had his CRT full green, shock bodies and everything.

SAF (Southern Aluminum Fab) does custom annodizing but they are not in Chicagoland.
