The Ofna clutch tool is even better and installs as well as removes clutch springs/shoes.

A thin flat head with a strong handle would help. I'm not saying its easy, you'll probably swear at it for quite a while.

Again, you can use a screwdriver but it sucks. I've used both the Sportwerks tool and the Ofna clutch tool and the Ofna tool is much easier and it serves both functions for half the price.

I don't think removing clutch shoes is hard at all, I can usually get them off in about 2 minutes. Its just installing without a tool that takes a bit of time and patience.

Have either of you tried both tools?

Nope just SW, no reason to change if it works perfectly fine. Smile

I have
The SW tool is more simple to use.
The Ofna tool looks more complicated to use.

For me I have the SW tool and never use it anymore.
I use the truty ol rigid screwdriver and I do not find it that hard to do.
