A few weeks ago I landed a jump and my spektrum Rx just quit. Locked itself into some kind of fail safe mode, but it wasn't at the fail safe settings stored for the truck.
Sent it in. Well a few weeks later I got it back. Only instead of a standard 3ch Spektrum Rx, I got a Spektrum PRO back.
So I did a little researching. Apparently the original spektrum Rx SR3000 is prone to dying from static discharge between the board and the plastic case. And they fixed it on the Spektrum Pro SR3001 Rx. But I haven't read if they fixed it on the SR3000 models.
So SCORE! Now if I only had the Spektrum Pro Tx to go with it. Oh well, my servo's aren't fast enough to show any lag between the SR3000 and the SR3001.alute:
