Hey Stratcat,
I'm new to the nitro RC motorcycle area. Finding people running these bikes in the midwest is far and few between. There is a nice track in Joliet for outdoor running. It's not open yet because of the snow. I live near Crystal Lake and have taken to running in a large parking lot in a park. Still learning but enjoying every minute, crash or no crash.

hey man, if you want, give me a yell when the snow clears and we'll run.. are you running nitro or electric?
I talked to Scott over at LHR, when they put in the asphalt track, he says he'll race bikes if we can get a field of four together..

Hey stratcat,
I just received your instant message. I purchased over Christmas a Thunder Tiger 1/5 scale nitro motorcycle. Running it has been an experience. Those little bikes can really get moving. My sister-in-law lives in Plainfield and visiting her with taking a run down to the track in Joliet will happen soon. This friggin snow has to stop and start melting.
I'm also a relative newbie to on-line forums. Chatting and replys will be slow at best. We will definately chat/run soon. It can't snow forever. The groundhog will soon be unemployed after his prediction of an early spring.
