Its a great buggy engine ( i own one with 4 gallons on it) but it doesnt enough for any truggy on the market... IMO...
Try a 5 port like a p5x . Throws my truggy around

I picked one of these up lightly used and LOVE it... Its so light. But you need to stick packs for it...

aight, cool man, now I know what ballpark i will be in when i make this upgrade ( engine/starter box ) I think im gonna try the Rex and Ofna chrome top box when i get some damn money.........lol

The second one that Rocco suggested is the one I have. I reallly like it...lots of power & seems to work with just about anything.

the one im looking at needs a gel cell, it wont support 7.2V packs, its the Ofna10248 chrome top

3 ports generally have more low end than higher port motors...the mid and top is what shines more in the higher port motors.
I've never owned a BF but looking at the power it provides I would think it would be enough in a truggy.....just an assumption/opinion
