Do they all break down as fast?
I mean what do people use and why?
Myself,I have been using mugen for the diffs. I was using trinity for the shocks, but they were left over from the revo so they were to high. So right now,I have the stock 400wt shock oil until I go out and get some lighter weight shock oil like 30,35 wt.

people use certain weights cuz they are more "true" weights for example I think mugen 5k was like Xray 3K or some BS like that

So its not a matter of how they break down, its more of a matter of if what the label says is correct?

Well I guess seeing most people use the mugen oils in the diffs. I might as well stay with that.
I just know that if I use the trinity shock oil,I need to go down by 5. So if its 400wt,35wt would be a close enough number to match it.

They break it up right in the middle. I saw those two packs and I remember thinking to myself. Where the one pack stops and the other starts is right around the number we would run in our trucks. Not very smart if you ask me.
Although when I start running the revo,it will work out fine because I will be back up to running the 40-60wt shock oil

I use(d) mugen and GS diff fluid previously, both seemed fine.
I've used trinity, AE, losi shock oils and the AE seems a bit thicker....like 40wt AE seems like 50wt Trinity consistancy

I use losi, ae, and trinity shock oils, all seem to be about the same, the losi just uses dye or something so you can tell the different colors. I use mugen and ofna diff fluids, even though I thought about switching to the sportwerks stuff since its like $2 a bottle cheaper. I ran 7-30-3 in my crt last year, want to change it up a little this year
