I am pretty sure there is a little piece that is like a seal that comes untached from the cap, but should be kept on when it is closed. Did you happen to not have that on?

The case with the spares is mainly screws and allen keys etc, so all that stuff made it out fine. The only stuff that got messed up is what I pictured.

When I opened it up for the first time, there was just a cap and a clear saran wrap like seal on the gallon that you had to punch through to get gas out. And Mike, the gallon is still closed??? I know it should be upright...But that is the only way it would fit in my box and has never leaked a drop before with byrons, so I thought it would be ok. I had a hectic week at school so I just got to unpacking from last sunday now to find this.

Let it all air out and the fuel should completely evaporate...won't help your plastic but the heat gun may still work.

how does the controller feel ? does it work?
03-16-2007, 10:13 PM
Feels buttery soft...
The battery tray slid out the front of the plastic, and the bottom part won't open back up. Then the battery tray itself, the batteries or something killed the coils in there and a few of them cracked in peices so I can't really do anything. Tekno EB48.4 HobbyWing XR8 Sanwa M12
