I just called up Nielsens. The set of standard rings for the motor are 20 bucks, and a complete top end will run about 70-80 bucks including the piston and gaskets and rings. Then you will have a bike that will go another 13-14 years on the OEM parts.

They will let him do 200. Its a nice bike for the price. Thats only 50 dollars more. You can come check it out and take it for a spin if you want.
