custom tool box with power panel and batts

selling a stanley stacker tool box that has been modded top box has a power panel on front inside under main tray there are 2-7amp 12 volt lead sealed batts ,sealed in place,all wired to the power panel bottom box in good condition,
top fold up pull handle is broke,but carring handle is fine

this makes a great power and starter station

asking $25.00 mainly for the batts and panel
