Not really, got a chance to compare a 2wd WK to a XL-5 Pede, htey're awful close, maybe custom control arms to stretch it a but and you could use a Pede or TC body on it. Wonder if a Midnight Pumpkin or Lunch Box body would work?

I have a xl5 and it seems a couple inches bigger or so. 2 completly diffrent vehicles though. I love the pede though. would like to grab a wk but if not the pede will handle pretty much anything you throw at it. ask around. I ain't affraid to bash it lol. ask strat and ponch, racin ranger. I survived a head on with a savage at full speed. only thing that broke was the stock plastic idler gear. I needed to upgrade to alum anyway. I think if I slammed into a wk with a savage it would pretty much break with all those plastic tubes. but then again you probably wouldn't bash a wk like I do my pede

I've got one, picked up the 4wd version for $190 shipped from horizon. Will be morphing into a crawler shortly, the truck is really unstable with the high center of gravity.

Got a Corvette model for $1 that way, box looked like a forklift ran it over, but when I opened the box, the only damage was a tweeked a-pillar.
