I ran one of those motors in my savage.... It ALWAYS ran hot ... Every owner after me of the engine has disocvered the same thing. And after it losses some pinch it will drop in temp too....

o really, about how long until it looses that pinch? i have about a gallon and maybe a few tanks after than through mine as of now. it would be ncie to be able to run that 18 cb again.

Mine had 2 gallon on it when i loaned it out and it had pinch... When i sold it with like 4 it was still tight....

What fuel you run... I found it didnt like 20% hpi fuel. When i switched to 30% O'donell tunning was way easier and temps dropped

more power and better throttle response, as well as cooler temps with 30%.

I personally didn't like Trinity 30% Platinum. I would try Byrons, best fuel I have run so far.
