Wow this sucks, I hope he and his family is OK. I hope there is a good explanation, but it doesn't sound good. Its a real shame if he scammed a bunch of people he's been on here awhile and seemed to be a good guy.

I hope this turns out for the best and sorry for all parties involved.

If you did not receive your stuff, I would not instantly pinpoint Joe as the cause. There's customs and all that crap, and I once NEVER got a package from him when I paid, and there was no way for him to tell if I actually did or not, but he believed me and sent me another package with the same thing and some other stuff as a sorry. So Joe is a good guy....But if he got called out for action I doubt the last thing on his mind is to get rc stuff shipped, he probably would want to see his family is well taken care of before shipping stuff to someone he does not know. Sorry but that's the way I see it.
