2-2:30 drive. Bloomington is about 1:30 from me here in Peotone. Lincoln is about 30 minutes or so more south. Good thing the track is right off the main road which is Rt. 10 on the east side of town.

It is an ALL DAY event. My guess is,as of right now at 11:30pm. They are still racing! Chad has yet to call me back after I alerted him on the nextel.

Some great racing in the mains. Chad and myself started 2 and 3 in the truggy B and we raced hard for 1st just me and him. We were starting to lap the field after 3 minutes. Then I slid off the track and when I was put back on,my truck was dead. Once stated again. I was about 2 laps down but still right there with chad. Me and him continuted to fight (and yes it was clean although he had no bottom end power,I lost track of how many times I almost wrecked him because of it). But he was able to hold onto 1st in the B lapping the whole field with a 33@ 15.16 while I finished 5th with a 30@ 15:00.

Most everyone else made their A main races. Not to many big players were out there like we are used too. But it was fun. Great weather for it.

Although I didnt get a chance to see Bumps(scott) pictures. I did see a couple of slims pictures and they looked great!

The track had a sand pit in one of the corners. So you can just guess how those pictures were looking!

yeah I couldnt finish ANY qualifiers for novice buggy engine kept flamming out and or running out of fuel WTF couldnt go 5 mins on a tank of gas... so started 6th in the c-main and took 1st pretty early and held it the whole race bumped to the b-main and I think I finished 4-5..I flammed out in the b-main right off the line and 3 other times during the race...come to find out my front bearing had a leak 2 other guys I race with on a weekly basis made it to the a-main and I "always" beat them so I shoulda been in the a-main for novice buggy (no big deal but it never fails)...yeah slim took some kick ass photos of the sand pit
