I picked some of that up Friday at the We-Go Advance Auto for a wee bit more. I'm going to put some of Dupli-Color's Adheasion Promoter first and hope it sticks. I fugure as long as I keep it off the old hootus I ought to be OK...............................................

I've had horrible luck with that duplicolor stuff. The stuff chips right off of everything I've ever painted. I've painted my bruiser frame with it, my 1:1 with it, and jim jero bed with it, it's garbage. I actually just chipped it all off with a screw driver in huge hard chunks. I told you already, get the rustolium textured paint designed for plastics. I redid the Jim truck bed and it worked fantastic.

That's why I'm using the adheasion promoter, did a Supra shell a while back and that took several hard hits without paint loss.

Yeah at first the stuff seems good. It's after it gets old, that you really have problems. Wish you luck with it though.

Finally did it!
Now I just need to test it out. |
