I was out at the roselle bash spot today with tex, his cousin, and obsessive r/c. It was freaking HOT out!

Now I gotta get ready for a dinner thing with the gf. It's her mom's b-day today. She wants me to dress nice, ie. no shorts . I'm so glad the a.c. is cold in my truck. I'm gonna start it up 15 minutes before I leave to cool it down .

lol i was painting my ramp today. and being the smart person that i am i locked myself out. i was like stuck outside for an hour and a half then my parents came back.

I went and watched the jets fly in St Charles yesterday and it was HOT!

No shade unless you brought it with you. Sitting on wooden bleachers!

But that was some of the coolest rc stuff I've seen in a while. One pilot had an F14 they said was $25,000. These things absolutely hauled butt! Making passes across the runway at over 160mph, 5 feet off the ground, sometimes inverted.

Forget how cool any truck can get, it can't touch these planes.

Next weekend is the Giants; planes with 80" wingspan or greater. They announced that they have a guy bringing a plane with 180" wingspan. I'll be there to see that!

So far I've hardly left the house. I took the pede out today after changing back to stock tires. My hole shots are like racing slicks.

I need a better piece of aluminum for my wheelie bar, it bends like butter.
