Savage

Would it be better to buy a new Savage or a used one with upgrades? Looking on eBay, there are some really nice trucks around $350 that already have the high-torque steering servo and other upgrades.

Just saw on hpi's web site that hpi will offer a limited editon savage 25 with the 3 speed already installed!!!

You also get the dirt bone tires, new design wheels and the upgraded servo saver...

Buy a new one then you dont have to worry about what was done to it before you got it!!!
Dont mess wit my sig Line tune!

Does anyone actually get the reverse module for their Savage? I remember with the t-maxx it was the first thing to get rid of..

I have one used that I would part with. Since you're a member in good standing, I'll part with it for $250. RTR but has a bad OWB. Many extra parts!

Monster pirate servo saver setup, ofna linkage, 4 spider diffs, 100k diff in the front, 50k diff in the rear, cvd outdrives, heavy duty dog bones.

Just saw your last post. I also have the reverse. Works great as long as you know how to use it.

Any way you could get the OWB fixed, you know I'm going to want to take it out and play with it.

The blue head on your Savage sure looks alot like the head on my Mayhem, same scrapes.

I've got the Mayhem on eBay, none of my auctions seem to be doing worth a damn.

The pictures on here are a little out dated. I had a Mach .26 in those pictures. It's got the stock .21 in it now.

I'll take some pictures after lunch and post them up.

Is that the Mach .26 that's in my Mayhem? Big Grin

Good sign...a guy from Austria asked me about shipping costs on eBay *crossing fingers*

It looks good Mr. Tune, hoping that I'll be traveling out there soon to pick it up.
